You're clever fella eat for exercise cos that's what you're doing, not to excess but enough to do the required builds.<br /><br />The cramp thing (pseudoscience theory of mine), drink tonic water, contains Quinine and I reckon it helps with cramp without getting it prescribed for same. I suffer from cramp because I do lots of walking and cycling, but don't have any lumbar muscles or cervical spine muscle after four surgeries. All the work is done by inner thigh quads, calves and hamstrings, with quite a bit off glutes. I find they cramp in series, as one gets out of knot another one goes, and it can go on for half an hour or more and through the night variously. But by drinking the tonic water and not just plain I genuinely suffer less.
