However, I've always contended that it's not really the nicotine that kills, so much as the state of mind and being which has formed around its consumption. E-cigs may account for the physical part of the addiction, yet does nothing for the psychological one at all.

MakeTheShiftNow.com Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00951634638900268368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29616976.post-58677091386452794682013-07-26T09:25:07.523+01:002013-07-26T09:25:07.523+01:00Nachtwulf, I've always smoked rollies anyway, ...Nachtwulf, I've always smoked rollies anyway, and about 10 to 15 a day. I'm on NRT so no major cravings. My main problem seems to be totally screwed up sleep patterns.Neal Asherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13933911904170752700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29616976.post-87860923968198705922013-07-25T21:24:10.641+01:002013-07-25T21:24:10.641+01:00After 25 years I had to quit because of health iss...After 25 years I had to quit because of health issues. First thing I did was switch to rolling my own cigarettes (this was about a year prior to the "quit or you'll die" speak from my doctor).

I purchased decent tobacco through a local smoke shop and in about a week my smoker's cough was gone and I was smoking about half of what I used to (from two packs down to less than 15 cigarettes a day)

So, when the other shoe dropped. I just picked a day stopped, satisfying the oral component with a rather large box of sugar-free sour balls. No nastiness, no major withdraw symptoms. Much easier than I expected it to be. Just the occasional craving (once an addict always and addict, as they say)

I wish you luck in any case :)Nachtwulfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09923398097049477340noreply@blogger.com
