Their SF TV is a case in point. They make a desultory attempt at it because they think they ought to, but don't really care all that much since they exist through a tax, rather than in commercial reality.Neal Asherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13933911904170752700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29616976.post-61349854280011600642011-03-07T09:23:56.300+00:002011-03-07T09:23:56.300+00:00it's the usual, the talking heads in the media...it's the usual, the talking heads in the mediaverse don't really consider sci-fi as a genre of literature. In fairness, it was stated (in line with the programme's title) that they were looking at the biggest selling genres; but as an SF fan, a) some sort of mention would have been nice &, b) where does SF genre fit in the sales hierarchy?sean collinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09830100093615729185noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29616976.post-77724931713231789712011-03-06T20:51:47.083+00:002011-03-06T20:51:47.083+00:00Nope - not a jot of scifi.
