She said she had for years felt that she was a better cook than her own mother had been, until one day when it dawned on her that this was really because she only made things she liked. Facebook is like that for me. Now that either I have selected out those "friends" that irritate me, or they have un-friended me, I find that FB is much easier to deal with and I use it for what it was in the beginning. At place to keep track of distant friends and relatives, and folks with common interests. Since stopping with the political posts and rants, it has been much easier to peruse. <br />Twitter on the other had, I just cannot abide by due to the overt censorship and manipulation by those with opposing viewpoints. I've kept the Twit ... not wanting to lose touch and all, but binned Facebook completely.<br /><br />Life was better when and if there were comments to be made, that they were made here in a slightly more personal space.
