Banner

Chloe Healy just supplied me with this banner produced by their web team for panmacmillan.com. It should also be appearing here http://www.walkerofworlds.com/ and here http://civilian-reader.blogspot.com/ shortly.

  1. Looks good! I wonder if you can use html tags to add it to your blog.
    Let's see:

  2. Shit no, it wont allow me to use <img src= tags in a message!

  3. Neal,
Go to DASHBOARD then SETTINGS then DESCRIPTION and write:

    <$center><$IMG SRC="http://nealasher.com/scorpion.jpg"><$/center>

Where I've put http://nealasher.com you'll have to substitute it for where you store the image, i.e. photobucket (make sure root address is correct) and obviously name the image and use that name instead of scorpion, which I've used.

Take out the $ signs :)
Had to put them in for the comment to show up :)

  5. Thanks for that Bob. I just took the location from the blog itself, having to delete the first bit up to the http, thereafter I just had to remember to spell 'centre' the American way.

  6. If anyone wants to swipe this banner and stick it up on their own website or blog, please go ahead.

  7. Ah, I've changed it now. Just used the 'add gadget' to place the picture there from my computer. This way I can also give it a hyperlink (linked to panmacmillan.com).

  8. Neal,I've just noticed something about the b anner. The Neal Asher part needs rotating just a smidge counter clockwise, maybe by 0.5 degrees.
Something about it was niggling me and I just realised what it was! (I play around in Photoshop, occasionally making banners and stuff)
