When the Eagle Hunts - Simon Scarrow

Possibly because I'm more invested in the characters now, but this series seems to be getting better and better. Recommended.

    I feel the same way about the series.For me they fill gaps in between weightier reads.

    I'm alternating these with SF reads at the moment. Much enjoying Eric Brown's Xenopath at the moment.
