Neal, don't play "Mumps" by Hatfield & The North - you'll never have time to chat! ;-)
Will try and remember to tune in.
Off topic Neal but one of your favorite subjects - Climate change.
Freeman Dyson (physicist)has written a common sense article. Short version on El Reg - http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/08/14/freeman_dyson_climate_heresies/
Long version - http://www.edge.org/documents/archive/edge219.html#dysonf
This is off topic too but had to add the link, saw it on Theregister after reading olaf's link:
Brainless civil servant (explains a lot eh?)

Link chopped in two. It explains the stupidity, but not the statist malevolence.
Interesting, Olaf. Another link to try is this: http://www.ocregister.com/opinion/
american-iraq-data

...which is about NASA updating their 'hottest years' data. Apparently a slight error was made and the recent years have not been record breakers - the records still being held by summers of 70 years ago. Not much mention of this from the water melons, unsurprisingly.
Prog rock? Hmm let's see:
- Emerson, Lake & Asher
- Manfred Brass Man's Earth Band
- Marillion's "Script for a Skinner's Tear"
- King Crimson's "In the Wake of Dragon"
- anything by Jains Addiction :p
- Genesis' "Polity Collection"
- er... Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the (Runcible) Spoon"?
what about bands like Van Haiman and The Polity, songs like I Skinned the Sheriff and Jain in a bottle (ok, not rock), and books by Cormac Empathy? don't forget these fine specimens.
