Orbus Paperback Cover

Here we have a stonking good piece of artwork from Jon Sullivan. The man certainly reads the books because there is no doubt that this is Vrell:

Hmmm kinda reminds me of H.R. Giger meets the aliens from Starship Troopers! Good stuff!

I met Capt. Orbus for the first time today, in Sable Keech. He was stabbing two crewmen.

Although this does now warrant the question as to what will be on the cover of Voyage... Both the Skinner and Orbus have wonderfully Asher-like monsters on the front covers. I vote for a full on money shot of Sniper in his new shell. The Wardrone can be just as crazy looking and scary as the monsters.

I am also waiting with baited breath for the cover to Brass Man.

High octane nightmare fuel indeed - makes me wonder what the Golgoloth and Prador King look like.

Hard to imagine that a creature looking like that, could man (Prador a ship), navigate underspace, handle weapons other than it's own appendages etc.

Makes you think. My Prador was slightly thicker in the body, and more crab like around the gob, with a few more limby bits that for some bizarre reason had human like hands but slightly more complicated.

And there is the argument for siting down with crayons and cartridge paper once in a while.
