Kindle Kimota

Graeme Hurry's Kimota was one of the many small press magazines in which my stories were published, in the days before I was a fat, rich and famous author. The short stories of mine he published are Alternative Hospital, Gurnard, The Torbeast's Prison, Tiger Tiger and the original booklet of the Mason's Rats stories. Now he's publishing Kimota on Kindle - this issue containing Alternative Hospital and stories from other Kimota authors.

You can find it here.

Scary ass bugger on the front cover!

Torbeast Prison is from Cowl I assume? Need more Cowl :)

I reckon I'll grab this, cheers.

wasn't TIGER TIGER the brit name for Bester's STARS MY DESTINATION?

Torbeast isn't in this - it's in The Engineer ReConditioned, Hitch.

It certainly was, Vaude, but I didn't know that when I thought of the title for the story. I was of course going back to the original source, since the story was all about a tiger in a forest, in the night, with a bit of burning bright involved.

And at only £1.71 I can hardly say no.

It's like taunting a drug addict with half price crack I tell you!

I also have to add that since 'Tiger Tiger' is an Owner story the bit about 'What immortal hand or eye could frame thy fearful symmetry' is pretty relevant too.

sounds like both the TIGER TIGERs are must reads.

just found out the duo wordage is from a William Blake prose source. was confused for years about the tiger cover, british version long after i read the orig. duh!

out here in the states our rhymes have to do with sticking fingers in mud and farting in recliner couches.

For only $2.99 how can I say no?

Geoff, I'd let you have Africa Zero back but, unfortunately, it's now in a book. For the rest of you here: Geoff Lynas was also a publisher of my earlier stories.

Chrish, fat I can achieve.

Collin, robann and any other who buy it, let me know your opinions.

Just out of idle curiosity I clicked the link on your website for Africa Zero and then Cosmos Books. An unexpected result ...

The Cosmos site came up in Han Chinese.

Damn ebook VAT. $3.51 for me. Still worth buying of course.

Cosmos Books went kaput ages ago, Geoff. The book is up on Amazon and the present publisher is here:
