I have to agree with Todd. Why the improbably large H?

That is a damn big aitch. My son speaks Romanian, I'll ask him if there's any mystical significance.
Apparently 'h' not often used, but unlike some other latin based languages is pronounced when used. "Ch" and "sh" sound in Romanian are made using accented C and S letters.
Thats what I've understood from my Romanian speaking son - apologies if he/me butchered the explanation in some way...8)
